i had a bad tummyache lol. must be the 2 bottles of yakult i drank during compeition. and i gulped it down, instead of sipping it. haha. bowling was okay la, maintained my average lol. got 127 avg today. i could've done better, the 105 game pulled me down. i'm glad that i was able to recover and bowl the 5th and 6th game rather peacefully, without letting the 4th game affect me. sometimes life's like that, i believe i have done what i could within my ability during the competition. haha like what coach said, bowl a 130 game if u are capable of a 130,dont act like a 160bowler. its good to have an aim in mind, but we have to be realistic. yup, bowling is all about relaxing and finding the bowling line. once u are able to find that, the scores will shoot up. i felt kinda stressful during the game, cos there are like so many eyes on you. and i saw 2 girls crying after the competition, it must have been cos they didnt perform up to their expectations. i think it's rather mean to see people making sarcastic remarks lol, like "why are they crying just because their average fell?" i dont see anything wrong with crying and letting out ur emotions cause they must have felt really sad. Often this leads me to thinking why different ppl are like that. i also reckon the public must have a bad impression of us. yes, it seems that there's nothing wrong with being lively and cheerful lol, but sometimes the image we potray to them is why cant srjcians behave properly( like by just waiting patiently for the competition to commence instead of making unnecessary noises). Little wonder the bus driver drove us to north vista secondary on monday instead of srjc. LOLL! Bowling is good because it exposes us to different people, different sch's culture and many life lessons. Is there really a huge distinction between srjcians and the top jcs? be it in terms of intelligence, family status or even upbringing? or what i observe is just a generalisation?
