work today was quite satisfying. sales was very good, for a weekday. we did better than sunday. was very stressed when it came to the counting of money. i hate shortage. damn the cashier machine. i think i figured out what could be the reason already. i mean a shortage is questionable, if i were the boss, i might not pursue the matter, but this could be fishy. moreover, money itself is a very senstive topic, sometimes people can accuse you when it comes to moral and ethics.
shereen was around the area with her cousin. so she dropped by to say hello and she bought a bottle of prawn roll for her mom! that was nice i thought.
actually working with the aunties can be nice on one hand, and on the other, lots of gossips are inevitable. im so sorry i hurt you yiling, maybe i'm too impulsive, i shouldnt have blurted it out. i dont know what i'm doing myself. i was like asking pearlyn if i should tell you and she said no, and yet i told you in the end.
some customers are really nice, they ask about our pay per hour, usually out of curiousity, and they will like wish us happy working and receiving more bonus. or some will feedback to us. one said that working in a pub can fetch us at least 7 an hour. i mean interacting with customers makes us hear all sorts of things or witness different scenarios that can happen between a consumer and a supplier. i hate people getting shortchanged (which could be negligence on our part).
thats all, today started well but ended not-so-well.
