i woke up with quite a bad bodyache, to the extent that i can't continue sleeping despite being so tired. california fitness yesterday was gooood!! the momentum to exercise is really there, because everyone's exercising and looking good in their hot bods lol, it makes me wanna lose more weight at least. but having lesser weight isnt necessarily an indicator of how healthy one is, because there are percentage fats and bone mass and stuff which makes one's fitness more conclusive. at the same time, we were like some newbies trying to read up on how to use and operate the machines while everyone else were like busying working out lol!!
haha like what pearlyn said, that place isnt a playground. nevertheless, it's a good experience to know how a professional gym is like. it's just damn cool like how occasionally it's being aired in singapore dramas. after the enjoyment and a nice bath comes the psychoing part. there's no free lunch in the world. so we have to go through a whole series of orientation, survey and Q and A session. we were stuck there for almost 2 hours. it was a bad struggle. haha. i would have joined if my parents were supportive of it and if i had a partner to join. plus, i have other constraints since i have only one month left. well. nvm. haha. i can always join next time when i'm financially independent!
after that, me and chongwei quickly rushed home. when i reached home, it was 6 already. and i haven had the first meal of the day. damn it. super hungry. my mood wasnt very good when my mum mentioned that that's a waste of money, just like how chong wei argued that we can exercise at neighbourhood parks/stadiums or just by ourselves. i mean if she were to be supportive of it, i wouldnt have mind not joining. when it comes to issues like these which concerns a big sum of money, my mom always brainwash me. i dont disagree with the fact that her thinking isnt wrong, that it's more practical to save money for university instead at the moment. i hate this. sometimes i just feel that these issues makes our relationship turn sour. im just too practical and materialistic. yes, im aware of that.
was quite happy to see all of them. aa,alvin,yhih huaa and xuefeng! because i haven caught up with them since? FOREVER? lol! had a sumptuous meal although im only limited to fish and vegs lest my scary shingles acts up. after that, slacked around awhile in bed and we played 21 to kill boredom. yhih huua was busy doing her catching up with jeremy i think using skype. took only 2 pathethic group photos.
